Shipping and Handling

For shipping within the United States we offer a flat fee of $9.00 for all orders below $50. All orders over $50 before tax will be eligible for free USPS standard ground shipping (US Orders Only.)

We currently offer International Shipping at a flat cost of $20.00 to most major countries. Specific carrier may vary, you will be provided a shipping number with in 24 hours of purchase.

Discounts and Promotions

For any kind of sale, holiday promotion, or otherwise, discounts may not be stacked. If your promotion code is not working, please make sure to check that it is not being overturned by an existing discount rule or has expired before contacting Customer Service. Customer service can be reached at

Returns/Exchanges

All returned items must be in unused, resalable condition and include all original D. G. Wilson Menswear/manufacturer tags, labels, etc.. Damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted.

Used, unsellable items, or those lacking original tags, labels, accessories, etc. will be sent back to the sender with no refund or exchange.

Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. Items damaged due to inadequate packaging will be returned to the sender or disposed of with no refund or exchange.

Refunds or exchanges can be expected within 2 weeks of shipping the return package.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Merchandise

We take every precaution to package orders as carefully as possible to minimize the possibility of packing error and/or damage during transit. If for any reason you receive your items damaged or there were items missing/incorrect from your order, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your package, so that we can arrange to replace your items. Please note that we may request photos of the products received or to have damaged items sent back.

For product care information please see its respective page on our website under “Care Instructions.” We will not replace/refund product that is not cared for properly.

We stand by our products 100% and will do whatever it takes to correct orders. However, we do reserve the right to not replace or refund.
